Preface
"HONG KONG LEYOO INTERACTIVE Game Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") is jointly concluded by you and the HONG KONG LEYOO INTERACTIVE game service provider, and this agreement has the effect of a contract. Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses exempting or limiting HONG KONG LEYOO INTERACTIVE's liability (hereinafter referred to as "exemption clauses"), clauses restricting user rights (hereinafter referred to as "restrictions clauses"), and agreed dispute resolution methods and jurisdictional terms. Please read the foregoing terms carefully before confirming to this agreement or before using HONG KONG LEYOO INTERACTIVE game services.
1. 【Definition】
1.1 This agreement: refers to the text of this agreement.
1.2 Game rules: refers to the content such as game announcements, prompts and notifications issued by HONG KONG LEYOO INTERACTIVE game service providers from time to time.
1.3 HONG KONG LEYOO INTERACTIVE game service provider: HONG KONG LEYOO INTERACTIVE Co., Ltd., which provides you with HONG KONG LEYOO INTERACTIVE games and its services, is referred to as " LEYOO " or "we" in this agreement.
1.4 LEYOO games: refers to the general term for games operated by LEYOO, including computer client games, web games, HTML5 games (H5 games), mobile games, TV games and other forms of games; LEYOO games may be provided in the form of software, in this case, the LEYOO game also includes the related software and related documents.
1.5 LEYOO game services: refers to various online operation services related to games provided by LEYOO to you.
1.6 You: also known as "player" or "user", refers to the natural person who is authorized to use LEYOO games and its services.
1.7 Game data: refers to all kinds of data recorded by the server during your use of LEYOO games, including but not limited to character data, virtual item data, behavior logs, purchase logs and other data.
1.8 Game virtual props: refers to a service provided by LEYOO that is stored in the server running the game program in the form of electromagnetic recording, and can realize the specific function set by the game program or reflect the specific result of the game program running. representation in digital or other digital form. Game virtual items are part of game services. Common game virtual props include but are not limited to:
(1) Game tokens and other various game coins. 2. 【Game Account】
2.1 If you need to use and enjoy LEYOO games, you need to use a third-party account that you have the right to use and that LEYOO approves, such as: Facebook account, Google account or other third-party accounts as the game account, and follow the relevant laws and regulations of the country. Requirements, log in to the real-name registration system and perform real-name registration. Your application and use of the Facebook account, Google account or other accounts recognized by LEYOO shall comply with the usage specifications required by third-party accounts.
When you register with your real name, you should provide your true, legal, accurate, and valid identity information and other relevant information, and you are not allowed to use other people's identity information for real-name registration. At the same time, in order to avoid misuse of personal information and prevent bypassing anti-addiction measures, the number of game accounts that can be authenticated with the same identity information will be limited by the LEYOO system and must not exceed a reasonable number. Otherwise, LEYOO has the right to take one or more processing measures stipulated in the second paragraph of Article 5.5 of this agreement, and may publish the processing results, and all consequences caused by this shall be borne by you, and LEYOO has the right to demand compensation from you to LEYOO all losses caused.
In order to meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and relevant competent authorities, you should provide your real identity information for account registration and login. To confirm whether the account is included in the anti-addiction system and what anti-addiction measures to take, and you agree that we will submit your name and ID number to the national unified online game electronic identity authentication system for minors for real identity verification. During the real-name authentication process, LEYOO server system will collect your real-name identity information (including name and ID number). When you register your account or use LEYOO game services, if you find that your account may have abnormal circumstances or risks involving fraud, LEYOO has the right to re-verify your account in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and can take corrections within a time limit according to the risk situation. Restricting functions, suspending use, closing accounts, prohibiting re-registration, and other disposal measures stipulated in this agreement.
2.2 You further understand and agree that you may not be able to top up or consume games in the guest mode. And once you uninstall or reinstall the LEYOO game, or if you replace terminal devices such as mobile phones and computers or if such terminal devices are damaged, all your game-related data in the guest mode may be cleared and cannot be queried and restored. Any loss caused to you shall be borne by you.
2.3 You fully understand and agree that LEYOO has the right to verify the authenticity and validity of the identity information provided by the user in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and should actively take reasonable measures such as technology and management to ensure the security and validity of the user account; the user has the obligation Safely keep their account and password, and use their account and password correctly and safely. If it is found that there may be abnormalities or risks in your account, LEYOO has the right to re-verify your account in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If any party fails to fulfill the above obligations and causes damage to the civil rights of users and others due to account password loss, account theft, etc., it shall bear the legal responsibility arising therefrom.
If you find that someone else has fraudulently used or stolen your game account and password, or any other use without your legal authorization, you should immediately notify LEYOO in an effective manner. When you notify LEYOO, you should provide valid personal identity information that is consistent with your registered identity information. After receiving your valid request and verifying your identity, LEYOO will take corresponding measures based on the specific circumstances (including but not limited to suspending the login of the account and use, etc.), LEYOO shall be solely responsible for any loss to you and other users caused by LEYOO taking corresponding measures according to your request. If you do not provide valid identity information or the valid personal identity information you provide is inconsistent with the registered identity information, LEYOO has the right to refuse your request, and you will be responsible for any losses caused by this.
2.4 You fully understand and agree that in order to make efficient use of server resources, if you have not used your game account to log in to the LEYOO game within 3 years, LEYOO has the right to delete the account and the game data and related information under the account with prior notice and other treatment measures.
2.5 The game account is the logo and certificate that LEYOO authorizes you to log in and use LEYOO games and related services in accordance with this agreement, and its ownership belongs to LEYOO. You only have the right to use the game account in accordance with this agreement and the third-party account use agreement. You may not provide the game account to others for use in any way, including but not limited to transfer, lease, borrow, etc., for commercial use including but not limited to live broadcast, recording, proxy playing and leveling. Otherwise, any legal consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you, and LEYOO has the right to take actions against your game account, including but not limited to warning, restricting, or prohibiting the use of all or part of the functions of the game account, deleting the game account and game data and Other relevant information, account banning and cancellation measures, and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
2.6 In the case that the LEYOO game provides the game account cancellation function, if you need to cancel the game account, you can operate according to the account cancellation entry provided by the official game.
At the same time, we also specially remind you that if you log out of the game account, the game virtual props and other value-added services (for the convenience of description, hereinafter collectively referred to as "game revenue") under the game account will also be cleared. Accordingly, before you cancel the game account, please ensure that the game revenue under the game account has been properly handled or the related game revenue has been settled. Once you cancel the game account, if there is still game revenue under the game account at that time (including but not limited to the game virtual props and other game value-added services that have been generated during the use of the game but have not expired or are not used, and the future may generate game revenue), it is deemed that you voluntarily give up such game revenue, and LEYOO has the right to clear all the game revenue under the game account, and the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you. 3. [User information collection, use and protection]
3.1 You agree and authorize LEYOO to collect your personal information for the purpose of performing this agreement. During your use of LEYOO game services, LEYOO will collect information that you voluntarily provide when using the service or that is generated due to the use of the service in accordance with the specific game privacy policy, in order to provide you with, optimize our service and guarantee Your account is safe.
3.2 If LEYOO pushes various information such as activity information and promotion information about LEYOO games to you, the collection and use of your personal information will follow the specific game privacy policy.
3.3 You understand and agree that if the state authority requires LEYOO to assist in the investigation of your game account (including real-name identity information) and game-related data (such as recharge, consumption, transaction data) and other information in accordance with laws and regulations, or restrict or freeze for your game account, LEYOO can provide the above-mentioned relevant information to the national authority or restrict or freeze it as required.
3.4 You should fully respect the personal information of anyone including but not limited to other users that you know, receive, or have access to through LEYOO games and related services, and you should not collect, copy, store, disseminate or use any other Use the personal information of other users in any way, otherwise, you shall bear the consequences arising therefrom.
3.5 Protecting users' personal information and privacy is a basic principle of LEYOO. LEYOO game services will follow specific game privacy policies and other agreements regarding the collection, use and protection of users' personal information. If you have agreed to LEYOO 's processing of your personal information in accordance with the agreement or regulations and then withdraw your consent, according to the law, your withdrawal of consent will not affect the effectiveness of the personal information processing activities based on your consent before the withdrawal.
4. 【LEYOO Game Service】
4.1 On the premise that you abide by this agreement and relevant laws and regulations, LEYOO grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use LEYOO game services. You can only use LEYOO Game Services for non-commercial purposes, including:
(1) Receiving, downloading, installing, launching, upgrading, logging in, displaying, running and/or taking screenshots of LEYOO games;
(2) Create game characters, set nicknames, check game rules, user personal information, game match results, purchase and use game virtual props, etc. in games, and use chat functions and social sharing functions;
(3) Use one or several other functions supported and allowed by LEYOO games.
4.2 During the use of LEYOO game services, you may not record, live broadcast or transmit LEYOO game content to others in any way without the permission of LEYOO, including but not limited to using any third-party software for webcasting, broadcasting, etc.
4.3 In the case that the LEYOO game is provided in the form of software, you shall also comply with the software licensing provisions in Article 5 of this agreement when using the LEYOO game and LEYOO game services.
4.4 All other rights not expressly authorized by this article and other terms of this agreement are still reserved by LEYOO, and you must obtain the written permission of LEYOO when exercising these rights.
4.5 If you violate any agreement in this agreement, LEYOO has the right to take one or more processing measures stipulated in the second paragraph of Article 5.5 of this agreement, and may publish the processing results, and (/or) has the right to demand compensation from you All losses caused to LEYOO due to breach of contract.
4.6 You fully understand and agree that LEYOO has the right to deal with violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and store relevant information to report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations etc., the user shall solely bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom. In the process of providing LEYOO game services to you, if any clues or risk information related to fraud or crime are found, LEYOO has the right to transfer to the public security, finance, telecommunications, network information, etc. department.
4.7 You fully understand and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any claim, demand or loss claimed by a third party due to your violation of the provisions of this agreement or the relevant service terms; compensation.
4.8 You fully understand and agree that: game virtual props and other game value-added services are part of LEYOO game services, and LEYOO hereby authorizes you to obtain the right to use them in accordance with this agreement. Your purchase and use of game virtual items and other game value-added services shall follow the requirements of this Agreement and the specific rules of the game. At the same time, game virtual items and other game value-added services may be limited by a certain validity period. Even if you do not use it within the specified validity period, it will automatically become invalid once the validity period expires, except for force majeure or reasons attributable to LEYOO. If the relevant game virtual items and other game value-added services do not indicate the use period, or the indicated use period is "permanent" or other content with the same or similar meaning as "permanent" (such as "unlimited", "unlimited", etc.), the period of use is from the date you obtain the game virtual item or other game value-added services to the date the game terminates operation.
You fully understand and agree: In order to better provide LEYOO game services to users, LEYOO has the right to adjust, update or optimize game-related content (including but not limited to the design, performance, and related value settings of game virtual props, etc.).
4.9 You fully understand and agree: In order to protect the security of your game account and create a fair, healthy, and safe gaming environment, during your use of LEYOO game services, if any unauthorized activities are found that endanger the normal operation of LEYOO game services LEYOO can take reasonable measures to crack down on related procedures.
4.10 LEYOO will take practical and effective measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors in the process of using LEYOO game services in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of this agreement, including possible technical measures to prohibit minors from accessing inappropriate games or game’s function, limit the game time of minors, and prevent minors from indulging in the Internet. Other players should avoid publishing or producing any content that is harmful to the physical and mental health of minors during the use of LEYOO game services, and jointly create a healthy game environment.
4.11 You understand and agree that LEYOO has the right to incorporate your game account into the corresponding anti-addiction system and take corresponding anti-addiction measures in any of the following situations:
(1) The system determines that you are under the age of 18; or
(2) The real-name identity information you submitted is irregular; or
(3) Your real name verification fails; or
(4) Logged in as a guest; or
(5) Other national laws, regulations and policies require or LEYOO has reasonable grounds to believe that it needs to be included in the anti-addiction system.
For game accounts included in the corresponding anti-addiction system, LEYOO has the right to take one or more of the following measures in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and policies, other provisions of this agreement, LEYOO game operation strategies, or according to the reasonable requirements of your legal guardian:
(1) Provide information related to your game (including but not limited to login information of your game account, recharge transaction information, etc.) to your legal guardian, so that your legal guardian can learn about your game status in a timely or synchronous manner;
(2) Limit the consumption amount of your game account;
(3) Take technical measures to block certain games or certain functions of games, or limit your game time or game duration;
(4) Cancel or delete your game account and game data and other related information;
(5) Other reasonable measures required by your legal guardian, or other reasonable measures that LEYOO believes may be taken, to restrict or prohibit you from using LEYOO games;
(6) Relevant measures required by national laws, regulations, or policies.
4.13 LEYOO’s provision of game services to users is a commercial act, and users have the right to decide whether to use the charging items determined by LEYOO (including but not limited to purchasing the right to use virtual game items in the game and accepting other value-added services and other charging items) and charging standards to pay the corresponding fees to obtain the corresponding game services. If you do not pay the corresponding fees according to the corresponding standards, you will not be able to obtain the corresponding game services.
You understand and agree that: the change or adjustment of charging items or charging standards is a normal business practice, and you shall not require LEYOO to make compensation or compensation because of the change or adjustment of charging items or charging standards.
You understand and agree that if you use legal currency to recharge the game to purchase or exchange game virtual items and other value-added services, the game virtual items and other value-added services you purchased or exchanged will not be refunded or exchanged into legal currency, unless otherwise stipulated by law Except for mandatory provisions.
You understand and agree that if your transaction of game recharge purchase or exchange for game virtual props and other value-added services is canceled or restored to its original state due to reasons such as refund or invalid civil action, LEYOO has the right to cancel or restore the original state The transaction corresponds to the deduction of game virtual props and other value-added services issued to your game account. If the game virtual items or other value-added services involved in the above-mentioned canceled or restored transactions have been given to other users, you or when you are the gifted user, you agree that LEYOO can deduct the game virtual items or other value-added services from the gifted game account Other value-added services. 4.14 In any case, LEYOO shall not be liable for the losses you suffer during the use of LEYOO game services due to force majeure. Such force majeure events include but are not limited to national laws, regulations, policies and orders of state agencies and other government actions or other unpredictable, inevitable, and unforeseen events such as earthquakes, floods, snow disasters, fires, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes, wars, etc. overcoming events.
4.15 LEYOO games may have abnormalities in your account data such as game virtual items or game data due to game software bugs, version update defects, third-party virus attacks or any other factors. LEYOO has the right to temporarily freeze the game account before the cause of the data abnormality is found out; if it is found that the data abnormality is caused by abnormal game behavior, LEYOO has the right to restore the game account data to the original state before the abnormality occurred (including sending recovery of the transferred data by a third party) without any liability to you. If the data abnormality is caused by your violation of laws and regulations or violations of this agreement, LEYOO has the right to take one or more processing measures stipulated in the second paragraph of Article 5.5 of this agreement.
You understand and agree that if the game deploys multiple servers, in order to improve the playability and interactivity of the game and create a better game environment during the operation of the game, LEYOO may combine the number of active users in the game server, Adjust the number of servers in a timely manner, and temporarily or permanently merge or migrate users between multiple servers to the same server (that is, "combined servers" or "combined areas").
If the game merges servers or regions, LEYOO will notify you through an in-game announcement or other methods before the server or region merge, and will announce the specific rules for the server or region merge. Merging servers or regions may result in changes to user-related game data such as game-related settings, experience, and related lists, but it will not adjust the functions of your game virtual items. 4.16 Without the permission of LEYOO, you are not allowed to trade game virtual props and other value-added services with other users, or obtain game virtual props and other value-added services from third parties by purchasing, accepting gifts or otherwise. LEYOO is not responsible for third-party transaction behavior (third-party transaction refers to the behavior that you obtain game virtual props and other value-added services from a third party by purchasing, accepting gifts or other means), and will not accept disputes arising from any third-party transaction brought complaints.
4.17 You fully understand that there is an objective situation of incompatibility between different distribution channels, which is not caused by LEYOO, which may result in your recharge and game data in one channel not being smoothly transferred to another channel. The risk of recharge loss and game data loss due to your switching between different channels shall be borne by you, and LEYOO shall not be liable for this.
4.18 You fully understand that: LEYOO games may have mandatory battle areas or gameplays. If you do not agree to mandatory battles, please do not enter this game or game area; your entry will be deemed to agree to this gameplay and accept the corresponding consequences.
4.19 When LEYOO decides to terminate the operation of LEYOO game at its own discretion or LEYOO game terminates operation due to any other reason, LEYOO game will handle matters related to the termination of operation of the game in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations on the termination of operation of online games to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users.
5. [User Code of Conduct]
5.1 You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your game account, including any content you publish and any consequences arising therefrom.
5.2 In addition to using LEYOO game services in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, you shall not engage in any acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of LEYOO games, or conduct other acts that damage the legal rights of LEYOO or other third parties.
5.3 You must abide by laws and regulations when using LEYOO games or LEYOO game services, and you must not use LEYOO games or LEYOO game services to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to the following:
(1) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state policies, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damage to national honor and interests;
(4) Distorting, vilifying, desecrating, or negating the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, insulting, slandering, or otherwise infringing on the names, portraits, reputations, and honors of heroes and martyrs;
(5) Propagating terrorism or extremism or inciting the implementation of terrorist or extremist activities;
(6) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(7) Undermining the state's religious policies, propagating cults and feudal superstitions;
(8) spreading rumors, disrupting social order and social order;
(9) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crimes;

5.4 Unless permitted by law or with the written permission of LEYOO, you shall not engage in the following acts:
(1) Delete the copyright information on the game software and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile, or otherwise try to find the source code or other confidential content of the game software, including but not limited to LEYOO, which has not actively presented it publicly but has been sealed in the game installation package Game elements in the etc.;

(10) Use, modify, or cover up the name, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of LEYOO games;
(11) Other acts not expressly authorized by LEYOO.
If LEYOO game has a community where multiple users can exchange game information online, users shall abide by laws and regulations and this agreement, and shall not use the community to produce, copy, publish, and disseminate information prohibited by laws, regulations, and relevant national regulations.
If the user ("creator") can create a corresponding game communication board according to the platform rules, and allows other users to enter the board to make, copy, publish or disseminate information content, the creator and the manager (that is, other gamers designated by the creator) Users as managers) shall perform the management responsibilities of this section, and regulate the network behavior and information release in this section in accordance with laws and regulations, this agreement and platform rules. The creators and managers should regulate the behavior of other users in the board, stop illegal activities in the board content in a timely manner, and be responsible for the behaviors implemented by using the management authority of the board.
5.5 If you have any of the following acts (hereinafter referred to as "violations") during the use of LEYOO game services, LEYOO has the right to take this article against you in accordance with the provisions of this agreement and relevant game rules depending on the severity of the circumstances. One or more handling measures stipulated in the second paragraph, and the handling results may be announced:
(1) Use and upload of illegal or inappropriate words, characters, and other content in LEYOO games, including character naming;
(2) Destroying LEYOO games or affecting the normal operation of LEYOO game services in any way, including but not limited to:
1) Violations and (or) malicious registration and game login behaviors, including but not limited to malicious batch registration of game accounts, and game login behaviors by destroying server authentication and malicious crowding;
2) Malicious implementation may cause the game server to crash, freeze, or cause other game players to disconnect, delay and other behaviors that cannot be played normally, such as using DDOS to attack the game server or other players with network traffic, etc.;
3) Taking advantage of game loopholes to gain benefits, destroy the game environment, or cause adverse effects to other players;
4) Behaviors that negatively play the game and destroy the game experience of other users. Including but not limited to malicious points giving, brushing points, and other negative game behaviors that destroy the user's game experience;
5) Abnormal performance of game data and other behaviors that affect the fairness of LEYOO games.
(3) Using various private servers and cheating behaviors;

(7) Conduct game account transactions, account sharing and other behaviors that affect account security;
(8) Without the permission of LEYOO, conduct transactions such as game virtual props and other game value-added services with other users without authorization, or obtain game virtual props and other game value-added services from a third party through purchase, acceptance of gifts or other methods;
(9) Recharge the game in discount channels not authorized or recognized by LEYOO, conduct discounted game item transactions (such as purchasing discounted gift packs at low prices in non-official channels of LEYOO), or entrust a third party not authorized or recognized by LEYOO to recharge on your behalf, or Use third-party software that is not authorized or approved by LEYOO to recharge;
(10) Hinting or pretending to be an internal employee of LEYOO or a special identity in some way, to obtain illegitimate benefits or affect the rights and interests of other users;
(11) Violation of any agreement in this agreement, or violation of any provisions of national laws and regulations;
(12) Other misconduct widely recognized in the industry, or other violations announced through game rules (including but not limited to game announcements, tips, and notifications).
The processing measures specified in the preceding paragraph include but are not limited to:
(1) Warning; and/or
(2) Muting, including but not limited to banning the entire game, banning a single area, and banning public channels; and/or
(3) Content resetting, including but not limited to resetting or forcibly modifying illegal nicknames, room names, pictures and other illegal information or content provided or uploaded by you; and/or
(4) Reduce or limit your game revenue, which includes but is not limited to the improvement of all data related to the growth and upgrading of game characters in the game (such as experience points, honor points, reputation points, titles, etc.) Acquisition of virtual items and other game value-added services; and/or
(5) Delete or cancel the game account, game data or other game-related information; and/or
(6) Restrict or prohibit you from entering specific scenes in the game or using specific functions of the game; and/or
(7) Forcibly exiting the game (i.e., "kicking the game"), including but not limited to forcibly exiting the entire game, or a single game in the game, or other game behaviors you are in progress; and/or
(8) Temporarily or permanently prohibit your game account from logging into the LEYOO game (hereinafter referred to as "ban"); and/or
(9) Temporarily or permanently prohibit specific terminals (including but not limited to PC terminals, mobile terminals, etc.) involved in your violation of laws and regulations from logging into the LEYOO game; and/or
(10) Suspend or terminate your use of LEYOO games and related services, or unilaterally notify you to terminate this agreement; and/or
(11) File a corresponding civil lawsuit for your violation of laws and regulations, investigate your infringement, breach of contract or other civil responsibilities, and request you to compensate LEYOO company for the losses suffered by your violations of laws and regulations (including direct economic losses suffered by LEYOO company, loss of reputation or goodwill, and compensation paid by LEYOO company, settlement fees, attorney fees, litigation costs and other indirect losses), or transfer to the relevant administrative authority for administrative punishment, or transfer to the judicial authority to pursue your criminal responsibility; and /or
(12) Other measures announced by LEYOO through game rules (including but not limited to game announcements, reminders, and notifications).
You understand and agree that due to the hidden nature of cheating hardware such as plug-ins and game synchronizers or the characteristics of disappearing after use, LEYOO has the right to judge whether you have cheated by using illegal plug-ins or game synchronizers based on your game data and abnormal performance hardware behavior.
5.6 You understand and agree that if LEYOO takes measures to ban your game account according to this agreement, the specific ban period will be determined by LEYOO according to the circumstances of your violation.
You understand and agree: (1) During the suspension period, the game virtual items and other value-added services in your game account will not be available; (2) If the game virtual items and other value-added services have a certain validity period, the validity period may expire After the suspension period expires, after your game account is unsealed, you will not be able to use the expired game virtual items and other value-added services.
6. [Intellectual Property Rights]
6.1 LEYOO is the intellectual property right holder of LEYOO games. All copyrights, trademark rights and patents of the LEYOO game (including but not limited to the overall LEYOO game, all art, music, written works and other game elements and components contained in the game, as well as the continuous dynamic screen presented by the running of the LEYOO game) Intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests, as well as all information related to LEYOO games (including text, pictures, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.) Protected by the laws and regulations of the Republic and corresponding international treaties, LEYOO enjoys the above-mentioned intellectual property rights and legal rights, except for the rights that the relevant obliges shall enjoy in accordance with the law. 6.2 If you make, create or upload relevant LEYOO game content to a third-party UGC platform (hereinafter referred to as "UGC platform"), the content you produce, create, upload or publish using the UGC platform (hereinafter referred to as "UGC content"), you should ensure that it is legal and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others and should abide by the relevant rules published on the third-party UGC platform (hereinafter referred to as "UGC platform rules"), and you agree that:
(1) If the UGC content contains LEYOO game content (including but not limited to the LEYOO game, all art, music, written works and other game elements and components contained in the game, as well as continuous dynamic images presented by LEYOO game running) And (or) LEYOO company owns other content with intellectual property rights, you need to obtain written authorization from LEYOO company for commercial use of UGC content, and abide by the corresponding UGC platform rules.
(2) For UGC content, you agree to irrevocably authorize LEYOO to use the UGC content in any way (the aforementioned "use" includes but is not limited to reproduction, distribution, rental, exhibition, performance, broadcast, modification, adaptation, information network dissemination and use in other ways, including both commercial and non-commercial purposes, use within this game and outside this game, and use within and outside of the UGC platform. (4) For UGC content, you irrevocably authorize LEYOO to defend the rights of violations of the legal rights and interests of UGC content in your own name or by entrusting a professional third party. The forms of rights protection include but are not limited to: monitoring infringements, sending rights protection letters, and filing lawsuits or arbitration, mediation, reconciliation, etc., LEYOO has the right to make decisions on rights protection matters and implement them independently.

7.3 The ownership and intellectual property rights of the game data generated during your use of LEYOO game services belong to LEYOO, and LEYOO has the right to save and dispose of the game data, unless otherwise stipulated by national laws and regulations.
LEYOO enjoys the property rights and interests stipulated in laws and regulations for related data products and services formed by its legal processing of game data.
7. [Comply with local laws and regulations]
7.1 When using LEYOO game services, you should abide by relevant local laws and regulations, and respect local ethics and customs. If your behavior violates local laws and regulations or moral customs, you should be solely responsible for it.
7.2 You should avoid LEYOO being involved in political and public events due to the use of LEYOO game services, otherwise LEYOO has the right to suspend or terminate your service.
8. 【Jurisdiction and Applicable Law】
8.1 This Agreement is signed in Hongkong SAR, the People's Republic of China.
8.2 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
8.3 Any disputes or controversies between you and LEYOO arising from this agreement (and/or related to this agreement) shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the jurisdiction where this agreement is signed the people's court has jurisdiction.
8.4 The titles of all clauses in this agreement are for convenience of reading only, and have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.
